PROJECT OVERVIEW
Mytheresa collaborated with Saint Laurent to launch an exclusive Fall 2021 capsule collection, strengthening both brands' positioning in the digital luxury market.
I managed project coordination and execution for this collaboration, working between Mytheresa's internal teams and Saint Laurent's stakeholders to deliver a successful partnership.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Saint Laurent had established itself as one of Mytheresa's biggest and most important brand partners, with particularly strong performance in bags and accessories. However, ready-to-wear was emerging as a fast-growing category for Mytheresa's top customers. This presented an opportunity to create an exclusive capsule that would:
1. Differentiate Mytheresa from competitors through exclusive product offerings
2. Capitalize on YSL's heritage and strong sell-through rates on the platform
3. Strengthen the partnership between both brands
4. Drive revenue growth in the ready-to-wear category
